Due to the custom nature of our products, all items are made to order and we are unable to offer refunds. Each print is uniquely crafted based on your specifications, and as such, we do not maintain a stock of pre-made products. Broken Or Damaged Item Policy
Please forward a photo of any broken or damaged items to info@bluimage.ca so that we can replace them at our expense.
 
Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our made to order products, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours of the order can not be approved.
 
Return Policy (Personalized)
We regretfully cannot accept returns on personalized products as they cannot be repurposed.
 
Customer Error Policy
Errors made by the customer cannot be reimbursed, therefore before placing your order, please confirm that all customizations are accurate. Nevertheless, we’ll use every effort to ensure your satisfaction.
 
Holiday Season Policy
We make every effort to ensure that your presents reach on time during the hectic holiday season, but there may be a little delay in delivery owing to high demand and unforeseen events beyond our control.
 
It goes without saying that orders delayed by inclement weather or any other unforeseen event that could impact Blu Image or any of our carriers cannot be reimbursed. I appreciate your understanding.
